Or course we regret any cancellations. However, the remote location of the lodge, the short season and limited space mean that we must have a strict cancellation policy. The opportunity for refunds and/or credits is limited. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance. Please call us for more information.
Payment in part or full is considered as an agreement to the following terms and conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking lodge and cabin packages, and final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Upon written cancellation notice received 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, any funds in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be returned. Cancellations received fewer than 60 days before arrival will not be considered.
Cathedral Lakes Lodge reserves the right to cancel your trip for any reason. Cancellations for reasons beyond our control (such as park or road closures) will result in a credit for any unused portion of your stay. The credit is valid until the end of the following year from the date or your reservation.
Cancellations for reasons within our control may receive a refund. Guests choosing to leave prior to the completion of their vacation will not be eligible for any refund.
