Lodge rooms, Bungalow rooms and all Cabins
The remote location of the Lodge, the short season, and limited accommodation space means that we have a strict cancellation policy.
We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance.
Payment in part or full is considered as an agreement to the following terms and conditions:
- All monies paid to Cathedral Lakes Lodge are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- A deposit of $ 150.00 per person is required at the time of reservation
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival.
Cancellation for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, are non refundable:
- Forest Fires
- Evacuation Orders
- Ashnola River Road closure
- Highway Closures
Fees are non refundable. An administration fee of $25.00 per person will charged for: changes to times, dates, cancellations. Additions to existing reservation can be made under a new reservation for no fee.
