Lodge rooms, Bungalow rooms and all Cabins

The remote location of the Lodge, the short season, and limited accommodation space means that we have a strict cancellation policy.

We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance.

Payment in part or full is considered as an agreement to the following terms and conditions:

  • All monies paid to Cathedral Lakes Lodge are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • A deposit of $200.00 per person is required at the time of reservation
  • Full payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival.

Cancellation for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, are non refundable:

Forest Fires
Evacuation Orders: If we are under a Government Sanctioned evacuation order, then a credit for the value paid will be given to be used at a future date. The credit is a one time use only. The credit can not be divided into multiple visits.
Alerts: If we are under a Government Sanctioned alert, then no credits are offered.


Fees are non refundable, non changeable and no credits are offered for future visits. No exceptions.
